Step 1 : Add 1tsp of Ghee.
Step 2 : Heat Ghee.
Step 3 : Pour Srika Millet Kitchadi mix and saute for 10 seconds.
Step 4 : Add the seasoning / masala powder and mix well.
Step 5 : Pour 1 ltr of water for 200 grm of Srika Millet Kitchadi mix.
Step 6 : Close the cooker lid and allow it to cook for 3-4 whistles on medium flame.
Step 7 : Add Ghee to taste ; serve it Hot and Enjoy !!
